The NTR152, a dedicated UV blanket, built with a softer face on a harder carcass, represents the latest in rubber surface technology for unsurpassed performance with UV inks.

This newly developed EPDM blend surface resists the swelling and embossing that are common with UV.

In conjunction with the new surface formulation the NTR152 has a special surface grind to minimize UV solvent and ink penetrating the face, at the same time enhancing release. This
solvent and ink ingress is one of the biggest causes of swelling, and requiring blanket changes, it decreases your press productivity.

The carcass, built with the NOVURANIA “Sinkless Technology” holds up to edge marking or cutting, and further increases useable life of the blanket.

These are the reasons for the NTR152 delivering clean sharp and consistent dots for excellent print quality as well as dense and rich solids.

The NTR152 is particularly suited to UV mini web machines as well as sheet fed.
